v-Core
LiveOne platform behind many branded visa websites

v-Core is the platform behind a group of visa websites. Every website has its own domain, brand, prices, languages and content, but they all run on one backend and one admin panel. A new website is configuration, not new code: add the site in the admin panel, set it up, and point its domain at the server.
For travelers
On each website, a traveler can:
- Check eligibility: pick a nationality and destination to see which visas are on offer.
- Choose a package: processing speeds, add-ons and coupons, with the price worked out live.
- Fill in the application: a form that saves as you type, handles groups of travelers, and shows or hides questions based on earlier answers. Scan your passport with your phone and the form fills itself in.
- Upload documents and pay: files go straight to private storage, and payment goes through Stripe.
- Follow the application: a status page, email updates at each step, and a link to come back to an unfinished application.
Websites can run in several languages, including right-to-left ones, and each has its own pages, blog, and landing pages for destinations and nationalities.
For the team
Behind the websites, one admin panel runs the whole operation:
- Applications inbox: tabs for active, at-risk, breached, scheduled and unpaid cases, and a forecast of how many submissions are due each day.
- A six-stage pipeline: initial review, data collection, final check, manager approval, submission and waiting for the result. New cases are assigned automatically, and decisions are recorded per traveler.
- SLA timers: each package promises a turnaround time. The clock can follow each site's working hours, and it pauses while the team waits on the traveler or the government.
- Orders and money: refunds, upgrades and downgrades, invoices, and one record per client across every site.
- Emails: templates, notification rules, and follow-up campaigns for abandoned checkouts and unfinished drafts.
- Content: a block page builder, theme pages, and bulk machine translation.
- Growth: an affiliate program with co-branded landing pages and commission rules, plus visitor analytics with a live map.
- Control: a dashboard, reports, roles and permissions, access limited to chosen sites, an audit log, and a system status page.
How it's built
v-Core is three apps:
- API: NestJS and Prisma on PostgreSQL. It matches every request to its website by hostname and scopes the data to that site. It has more than 40 modules, and background workers send emails, run campaigns, process payment events and roll up analytics.
- Admin panel: Next.js and React, with permission checks throughout.
- Public websites: one Next.js app serves every brand, loading each site's colors, fonts, languages and content.
The page builder's block definitions live in shared code that both the admin panel and the websites use. The database has 124 data models and has grown through 188 migrations, and about 200 automated test files cover the API and both apps.
About the screenshots
The admin screenshots were taken from a copy of the admin panel fed with invented sample data: the websites, people, IDs and numbers are all made up. No real customer or business data appears on this page.
What's next
A partner API is in progress: keys that let approved systems read the visa catalog, eligibility rules and document requirements, with limits and a log of every request.
